This is one of a series for an upcoming show. It's mixed media - watercolour, coloured pencil, pen and gouache on Somerset paper.

Details from it below:

Now to get on with juggling finishing Sam's book and continuing with this series.

I look forward to more of this series. Your mixed media always comes together in a magical combination and this is no exception.

Vivien - these are gorgeous. I agree with Robyn about your mixed media. Wish I was more experimental. I need to learn to let go. Any tips?

This works beautifully on so many levels, Vivien. Hope you will share more in this series as you create them.

Thanks :>)

tips? just pick up whatever is going to make the kind of marks you want snd push and pull the image til you think it's working - this went through some VERY ugly stages!
